We are starting our Nashville ½ Marathon training. Most of you should only be doing 2 of the Endurance WOD’s and 4-5 of the Strength & Conditioning WOD’s a week. Any questions about the programming, Contact Us. Remember, you get stronger when you rest, so if you aren’t getting the numbers you should be, take a couple of days OFF.
