We had a decent turn out for the 1st Sherry’s Run workout. It was great seeing most the athletes start to grasp Pose-Fall-Pull.
Keep working on your form, practice! practice! practice! is what makes a skill better.

4-8 200m intervals w/ 200m walk as rest
The goal was to really work on feeling the difference between old running form & a Pose style of running.
That and to get that heart going!
