WOD:
- Swim: 8-10 x 100m/y on the 2min
- Run: 3-6 x 800m w/ 2:30min rest
- Row: 3-6 x 1000m w/ 2:30min rest
Cool Down:
- Easy effort, 200m – 1M depending on sport.
Mobility:
- 10 – 20min
