CONDITIONING

4 RFT (+5sec for each missed round)

17 OH/KB Swing

70yd Shuttle Run

Shuttle Run = sprint 35 yards, touch and sprint 35 yards

6 rounds to 15yd target

Use handgun of choice. If you are using a magazine fed firearm, you may only load 6 rounds at a time into the ONE magazine. Revolver users, no speed loaders

If you do not have a firearm substitution is 60 Double-Unders
