CONDITIONING

200m Run

15 Push Ups

30 Ground to Over Shoulder, Alternating Shoulders

Use 80 – 135lbs, anything you can clean, get over your shoulder, and repeat with. i.e. Stone, Sandbag, big ass Rock, etc…
