10 Wall Balls

10 OH/KBS

20m Log Run – shuttle, 10m out, 10m back

If you don’t have a Log use a Sandbag, if you don’t have a Sandbag, use some Kettlebells tie together with rope, if you’d don’t have KB’s use a Rucksack loaded with bricks. The point is to use your imagination, find something weird and uncomfortable to carry and use it for the 20m Run.
