One of the most enjoyable cups of coffee I’ve had recently was Starbucks Via Instant, Columbia brew of course.

Yeah, I said instant Starbucks.

But it wasn’t so much the coffee. Like all things Starbucks it’s good enough, and consistent. You know what you’re getting.

What made this cup of Joe so good was the fact is was sipped beside a river watching a Heron fish after hiking 3.5 miles through the morning dew after sleeping outside for the night.

Another reminder that it’s not the Things, it’s how we get to experience them that makes all the difference.
